What is team coaching?

Group coaching differs from individual coaching in its main focus. Here, it is the group as a whole and how it functions that is the focus of attention. This is known as team systemics. In other words, the role of the professional coach is not to support each member of the team in isolation, but to support the group of employees in achieving a shared objective, and in building team cohesion. This tailor-made support enables a team to cooperate more effectively, to clarify the way it works and to rediscover the meaning and effectiveness of its interactions. It aims to strengthen trust, accountability and the ability to work together within a clear, shared framework.
