With over 18 years' experience in consulting, management and leadership, I have developed expertise in emotional intelligence, change management and leadership in complex, matrix environments.
A dual Franco-British graduate - with a Bachelor's degree in economics, sociology and modern history from the University of Reading (UK) and a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris - I began my career in an American strategy consultancy, moving on to a variety of sectors including telecoms, media and industry. I have led major transformations, managed multidisciplinary teams and worked at the heart of the challenges of growth, post-M&A integration and alignment between vision and execution. I also draw on a network of experts (in AI, industry, marketing, M&A, graphic facilitation, etc.) to open up perspectives and challenge conventional wisdom.
Outside my professional activity, I draw my inspiration from disciplines such as mountaineering and karate, which illustrate my coaching practice: lucidity, commitment and the ability to move forward in a demanding way without losing sight of what's essential.
